It is a system for engaging and tapping into right brain brilliance. I have actionable steps that viewers can do on their own to begin this process for life change: especially for those of us mid-life and older! We have fears of losing our relevance, being able to keep up with the tremendous changes worldwide, including AI, not losing our sharp thinking skills and to ultimately find fulfillment in true, heartfelt expression.

I am a stress and burnout coach and speaker. I focus on 5 simple foundations of stress management - movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and mindset. Both the body and the mind must be healthy for us to be truly healthy. The foundations are simple but not always easy. We often know what we should do but struggle to effectively and consistently implement. Thats where I come in. I help you work with your brain to create small changes and small successes that add up to big results.
